The location was OK in terms of access to the promenade and La Caleta area but not much available in terms of cafes close by

It was tricky to find the property given it isn’t numbered - albeit the check-in instructions were clear enough, it was hard to find and access & the flat inside didn’t even have a door number so once in the building, you didn’t know which flat was yours. Inside was passable but not as nice as photos. Decor was drab and old and we didn’t feel comfortable for a three night stay as booked and paid for. We wanted to leave after one night but persevered for two nights despite paying for three. The toilet roll holder in the en-suite was behind the toilet and difficult to access. There was no hook in the en-suite for towels, nowhere to hang a basic hand towel is pretty poor. The furniture was basic and uncomfortable and prison cell style. The beds and mattress was uncomfortable in the Master.

There was a lot of building work going on over the road with meant we had A LOT of noice from early in the morning and no electricity ot intenet for one morning and I needed to work!

We appreciate the early check in and guidance provided to find a taxi from the rental office location to the apartment. Great location, comfortable apartment.

The online check in was cumbersome. The original lockbox code was incorrect, so luckily we took a set a keys with us from the office. Otherwise we would have arrived and not have been able to get inside. The apartment was warm. One of the AC remotes did not work (dead battery). Thankfully, the other remotes worked and could be used for all AC units. The office quickly offered to remedy and give new batteries, which we declined since we were able to use the other remotes. We did find one cockroach in the apartment. Extra towels, washcloth, and extra blanket for the bed would be helpful. Also needed: luggage stand for the suitcases and, most of all, beach equipment: two beach chairs and beach towels would have been very helpful. We also had expected the courtyard to be "open air" not closed in. Not a problem, just unexpected.

Location was excellent. 2 mins walk to the beautiful La Caletta Beach.

It was very noisy at night with people walking by shouting way after midnight. The rubbish bin collection truck passes by around 2am.
