Lage der Wohnung

Service, Sauberkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft bei Problemen, Schimmel im Bad, 69 sehr, sehr hohe Treppenstufen, Baulärm von 8.00 bis 17.00 Uhr, kläffender Hund, innenliegende Schlafzimmerfenster (zum Flur), total heruntergekommene Terrasse (die war der Buchungsgrund für uns!)

Kein Lift, war vorher klar, insgesamt ist die Terrasse in einem schlechten Zustand, etwas abgeranzt…Mobiliar ist heruntergekommen.

Posizione ottima, vicino a parcheggio a pagamento sotterraneo. Costo del parcheggio 17 euro a giorno.

Ci sono molte scale ripide da fare ma non sono un grande problema

Ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la magia de Cadiz, de todos sus puntos de interés.

Aunque es algo que se avisa, la falta de ascensor se nota mucho. Hay bastante pendiente y al final subir unas cuantas veces al día hace que sea dificil.

Las escaleras para llegar al piso son agotadoras. Debería estar mejor aclarado. Nos alojamos con mis padres y para ellos fue prácticamente imposible subir.

Great apartment close to Cathedral square and old town with lots of bars and restaurants and also just a stroll to great beaches and walks. Great supermarkets very close too.

Nothing to dislike except if stairs are an issue for the guest but worth the climb for the private rooftop terrace and great location

"Great apparent, beautiful roof terrace"

Having the roof terrace was amazing made all the better by the view of the cathedral. The location is excellent, super close to everything we needed and we were able to pop out to the market for churros, chicken, tapas etc then head back and eat it on the terrace still hot.

I enjoy cooking so would have appreciated more cooking utensils but I guess that’s not important for everyone. The side lights in the second bedroom didn’t work and neither did the standard lamp in the living room so we had to move lights around a bit
