La Em Boutique Villa

Everything was fine. Clean room, responsive staff and quiet territory with flowers and Christmas mood.

Beautiful Garden. Nice staff. The room was nice and a bit small when you have more luggage. Breakfast choices are very limited.

The villa itself and the surrounding garden is beautiful. Very peaceful. We loved sitting and working in the common space and garden! The room was nice and super clean and fresh. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the smell of citrus when you enter the room. The staff was friendly, but not all spoke English. We met one very lovely girl on our last day, who was amazing and gave us a lot of tips for traveling. I wish more staff was like that :D The overall standard here was really great, I wish they worked a bit more on services and staff training. The location was nice because it was a bit removed from the main area so it was much quieter and felt more pristine.

The breakfast had no vegan options, even with vegetarian options for my partner we struggled a bit. Usually, in Vietnam, I can always at least get rice with vegetables or soup, but here they were very inflexible. The breakfast was a bit inconsistent, a lot of times we were not offered options for the next day, we saw other people having Vietnamese bread or fruit juice, but somehow we could not get to it. Not sure if it was a language barrier or if they were confused because we didn't eat meat. It was great that they offered laundry service, but all of our clothes came back shrunk, so my partner can't wear half of the T-shirts anymore. They also came just thrown in the bag, not folded nicely, so everything had wrinkles. Maybe the property should think about finding a different provider.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They help us to check for the taxis, share information of good places to eat in Da Lat. They also chat with us and share stories that make the trip more memorable. The garden is very pretty with different types of plants.

The furniture is not so new.

The staff was super friendly and supportive. The community was peaceful and quiet. And they have a nice garden. I love my comfortable bed a lot. I definitely comeback before the end of the year.

It was truly a delight staying at LaEM. I highly recommend this boutique villa and would definitely come back. Thank you for making it up with little small gift and lovely note.

Garden area as well as the Homestay is fantastic. Extremely beautiful flowers and colour combinations used to build this place is very very fancy.

Options in breakfast are extremely limited and nothing much available for vegetarians.
