"Would not recommend."

The AC did not drop below 79 degrees, the exhaust fans and celling fans are caked with dust and the remote for the ceiling fan was missing so we could not leave the fan on to address the heat because the celling fan light could not be turned off due to the remote was missing. Locations was great.

"Exceptional"

Great location. Quiet neighborhood and super comfortable. Loved the washer/dryers in the unit. Kitchen was nice as well.

The fan didn't really work. The parking was skeptical.

I love how it’s close to a lot of things that are walking distance but a lot of food places bars I think that’s pretty cool

I did not like how small it was but you pay for what you get. It’s very nice.

"Unfortunately, I had to leave early due to uncomfortable conditions and unresolved concerns."

The location was convenient and the check-in instructions were clear.

The temperature inside the unit reached 85 degrees and the AC did not cool properly during my stay. There was no air circulation, which was especially concerning while traveling with an infant. The WiFi also did not work, making it difficult to handle work responsibilities. I vacated the unit early due to these conditions and booked alternative accommodations. After reporting the issues, I was informed that everything was “working properly,” which did not reflect my experience.

"Lovely stay in a lovely space, perfect home base for exploring Bishop Arts district."

The location of the property is perfect for exploring the Bishop Arts district. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The parking was good, the rooms were well appointed and maintained. There was plenty of space in the unit, there were plenty of towels and paper goods for the bathroom and the kitchen had all we needed.

We stayed over a Saturday night and the street noise was pretty loud, certainly not the fault of the property but something to note. Perhaps a ceiling fan and a white noise sound machine could help?

The location to bishops arts main street was excellent, Great bars, shops and restaurants.

when we entered a cockroach ran for cover under the fridge, set us on edge for the stay. A lot of noise from the people above having a late night party. Damage to some furniture and kitchen worktops worn. Just felt very tired and scruffy
