D'Ocean Homestay in Tiara Desaru Residence

I liked how easy it was to communicate with the host. We were greeted upon arrival, and the host was very responsive. We also enjoyed the pool, where our son could swim and play on small toboggans for kids. The apartment was clean.

The development ( Tiara Residence) needs some maintenance and renovation. The overall condition of the residence common areas required improvement—some railings were missing on the stairs, which was concerning for our 3-year-old son. We didn't realize it wasn't a hotel, so that may have been our mistake. The restaurant offered only a few breakfast options, and the Wi-Fi was not great.

Room fully equipped with basic nessity for travelling, easy access to nearby eating places, place is kept well clean. Surrounding area is quite and relaxing.

Beach front was not white sandy but it was still nice once you got in the water😊

The place is clean and very quiet. Suitable for i really want to rest and relax

Nice interior decoration, friendly house owner and nearby the beach.

Location is little bit isolated from nearby local shops and restaurants. Building painting looks gloomy and sad, need to do repainting work.

All necessities are provided. Perfect stay there.

The room allocated to us is a bit far from the breach area. Need to walk 10mins. Not a problem for just one night stay.
