D'Ocean Homestay in Tiara Desaru Residence

location was too far into the forest area and building was poorly maintained. the place was ok but you can find other places that are better with the same or lower price. overall cleanliness is fine but found a tomato? inside the sofa. person in charge was nice to assist with the late check in

The room setup, netflix on TV, everything inside the room is superb. We would spend more days just for the house. Private beach was good but... The "owner" is helpful.

The location is segitated from any amenities. If u have no car besically u are trapped in the property. The pool is founds with lots of dirty precipitate n fallen leaves. The beach has many abandon old n broken stations like beach chair etc were not actually taken care of. It was like the maintenance of the facilities was not spending on the budget.

the beach is nice but not for swimming

it is not as ideal as per photo posted. is more like a chalet, the property is not well maintained, there is cockroaches. the floor rug is with wholes and more like a rag

The cleanliness, but the bed on the second room was quite bad, you can feel the spring.
