Villa Dervio

De locatie met name de gigantische tuin was prachtig! het huisje kijkt uit op de bergen en het dorp. je zit 1 minuut lopen van een rivier, bakker, winkel. Alles wat je nodig bent.

We hadden regelmatig geen warm water. Hier werd wel super op geacteerd. Maar met de kleine van ons waren we om 6 uur wakker. Dan zijn de Hostst er nog niet. Verder is er heel veel om te gebruiken maar de kwaliteit hiervan is matig. Bijvoorbeeld de fietsen zijn gebrekkig.

Due to unforeseen circumstances at Villa Dervio was changed to Antico Torchio Residence. Since both properties are located in the same area and share the same beautiful grounds, our positive impressions remained unchanged. A special thank you to Vittoria for offering us the option to switch accommodations. Without her help, we would have had to cancel our vacation, and her kindness and flexibility made all the difference. The location is excellent, with easy access to the lake and close to the train station, making it convenient to explore the surrounding towns by train and then continue by ferry. This combination is a great way to discover Lake Como while saving time. The property was clean, pet-friendly, and included a parking space. The highlight, however, was the magnificent shared garden, which provided the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and greatly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. We would gladly return and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.

Cuisine peu équipée

Bardzo miła właścicielka, piękny ogród, spokój oraz bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Miejscowość spokojna wszędzie blisko. Dobra komunikacja. Prywatny parking. Ogólnie polecamy to miejsce.

Nie mamy uwag. Wszystko było ok.

The place is beautiful! From inside to outside we loved everything. The backyard is gorgeous and huge. Our apartment was on the second floor, the view from the big balcony was amazing. We stayed with 1yr old, it was very comfortable stay. Dervio is easy to go around with a stroller, Coop is 5 min away, there are not too many people and locals are so nice.

The only thing I would add to make it easier for families with babies is a highchair. It is a cheap thing but makes a huge difference.

Die Villa Dervio ist von einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Garten umgeben, die Ferienwohnung ist klassisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Vom großzügigen Balkon hat man Blick auf den See. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Dervio ist eher klein und nicht so stark besucht wie andere Orte. Es gibt allerdings eine sehr schöne Seepromenade mit einigen Restaurants. Uns hat vor allem das Food Village gefallen, wo man abends sehr gut essen kann (die Burger sind hervorragend) und den Tag mit einem guten Glas Wein oder einem Cocktail bei guter Hintergrundmusik ausklingen lassen kann. Für Kinder gibt es direkt daneben einen schönen Spielplatz. Von Villa Dervio aus kann man alles sehr gut fußläufig erreichen (10-15 Minuten). Dervio ist mittels Bahn/Bus auch gut an die anderen Orte angebunden.

Es war schade dass die Bahnstrecke renoviert wurde und es stattdessen Schienenersatzverkehr gab. Aber dieser hat gut funktioniert und wir sind mehrfach mit dem Bus in andere Orte gefahren.
