Please inform Amadeus in advance of your expected arrival time. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Piscina n. 1 is closed from Fri 22 Dec 2023 until Wed 01 May 2024 Piscina n. 1 is closed from Mon 30 Sept 2024 until Thu 01 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: EUR 12 per person, per stay; Towels: EUR 8 per person, per stay. Please contact the property before arrival for rent them. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 18:30 to 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
