Комфортные аппартаменты с великолепным видом на Лаго Маджоре. Все в точности как на фото. Раз в неделю убирает Клининг. Хозяйка очень приветлива. Есть всем необходимое для готовки. Район очень спокойный, до озера 10 мин пешком через Виллу Федору, вечером с детьми играли там в мяч, бадминтон. Очаровательное спокойное место Бавено.

Balkons rondom het appartement, met prachtig uitzicht. Het appartement ligt op de tweede etage en is heel schoon en van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Goed uitgeruste keuken. En het privéparkeren naast het appartement was heel fijn. De eigenaresse reageerde zeer snel en is heel vriendelijk.

Over the years, we have stayed in dozens of apartments, and Catja’s apartment is without doubt at the top of the list. We were looking for a place that could serve as a base for trips in the Alps and to towns and attractions in the area, and the location of the apartment is ideal. Within an hour’s drive, there are countless places worth visiting. In addition, the town center is about a 10-minute walk away, so there are also great options for local restaurants and for taking boats to the islands on the lake. The apartment also has private parking, which makes traveling by car very easy. As for the apartment itself, the building is well kept, and the apartment is simply a pleasure to stay in. It feels like home. The design is bright and welcoming, and everything is very clean and well maintained. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals comfortably, and there were even thoughtful products waiting for us, such as olive oil, vinegar, spices, beer, and wine. There are also several options for making coffee, a washing machine with detergent, a dishwasher with capsules, a laundry bag, door stoppers, power outlets and extension cords everywhere, and so much more... There are also three balconies, each with a beautiful view, either of the lake or of the mountains. On top of all this, Catja is the kindest, most helpful, and most gracious host we have ever met. She replies within minutes and has wonderful recommendations. Our holiday in Lago Maggiore will remain one of our most successful family vacations, and Catja’s apartment is a true gem. We cannot wait to be back.

L'appartement est très bien , fonctionnel avec une vue superbe. Il est bien équipé et l'emplacement est top avec une place de parking ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Catja fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe merveilleusement bien .

Bereits beim Betreten der Wohnung hat uns der grandiose Ausblick über den Lago Maggiore total geflashed! Es erwartete uns eine super tolle Wohnung mit sehr ansprechendem Interieur und Top-Ausstattung! Die Wohnung ist hell, picobello sauber, großzügig geschnitten mit viel Stauraum und sehr guten Betten, hochwertigen, reichlich vorhandenen, Handtüchern sowie perfekter Küchenausstattung. Ein Highlight ist der umliegende, von allen Zimmern zugängliche, Balkon. Angenehm überrascht waren wir über die bereitgestellten gekühlten Getränke, die uns, in Anbetracht der Temperaturen, sehr willkommen waren. Catja ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin, immer sofort erreichbar, die uns u.a. mit ihren Empfehlungen zu besonderen Restaurantbesuchen verhalf. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung rundum wohlgefühlt und werden auch wieder kommen!
