great place. the owner was onsite and helpful the entire time. we had a small change in our plans and arrived four hours early. they were able to help us without much confusion or problem. the owner let us use their laundry facilities and even did several loads for us. we had a question on the stove and he left his activity to come help us.

this is not a negative. - just information about Banos city. we were there on a holiday weekend and the city was packed with people so the water pressure was low to everyone in the city. we didn’t have hot water on the first night but the owner let us use their basement apartment showers which had hot water so it was all good!
