Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist total hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist super: nah vom Zentrum dennoch ruhig. Der Blich aufs Meer war traumhaft.

Das Bett war ein bisschen hart. Bei längerem Aufenthalt fehlt eine Waschmaschine.

There’s a small public beach area in front of the apartment that feels almost private – great for a quiet dip without the crowds. . The apartment itself is modern and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality holiday in a classic seaside location. The apartment is located at the edge of the bay, away from the main tourist flow, which makes it peaceful and quiet. It has its own rocky beach – "own" in the sense that anyone can technically go there, but since it’s right in front of the house, it's used almost exclusively by the guests staying there. So if someone prefers, there's no need at all to go to a public beach. It’s enough to go out for lunch or dinner and take a walk into the livelier town center which is 5 mins by walking. Baska is a really nice place, with Croatian restaurants, Croatian waiters, and mostly Croatian tourists – thankfully, it hasn't become a mass tourism destination. You can surf, snorkel, sail, etc. book tours to Vela Luka though, so it has all the services you might expect. The apartment we stayed in was 4-star, everything was new and worked perfectly , great wifi (and fridge, microwave, air conditioning, stovetop, new smart tv with which we could watch our apple tv). It was well-equipped, including good kitchen knives, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The two separate bedrooms were spacious, with enough wardrobe space, and the beds were new and comfortable. The lighting was also just right. The terrace was well furnished, with a sunshade and drying rack. Another important point is the complete silence, no noise: even when there was a small party in the village, only a faint distant noise could be heard. It has a wonderful garden and a barbecue place. And yes – there is private parking, which is a real asset, because (rightly so) cars are banned from the inner parts of the town, so finding a parking spot would otherwise be quite a challenge.

We had a very nice welcome at this wonderful place. The host was helpful, gave us advice on what to see in the area, and we also received quick answers if we had any questions. The apartment is extremely clean and beautiful, just like in the pictures, and the yard is also tidy. The beach is close, and Konzum and restaurants/bars are within walking distance. There is a separate storage place for sup, bicycles and other things, where they are safe. For cars, they provide a partially shaded and frequently monitored private parking lot. There are a few stairs, but the panorama and the positives, some of which I mentioned above, make up for it, and it also gives this apartment a little extra beauty. (The stairs do not make it difficult to carry suitcases up and down, because the luggage is transported by elevator.) We are very satisfied with the accommodation in every way, we will definitely be returning guests!☺️
