No microwave. A more generous supply of cooking items and other kitchen items such as tea towels, kitchen paper towels, baking paper, Glad wrap etc. No powder for clothes washing machine. No clothes drying rack. No mittens to handle hot pots.

Host was very involved from our arrival. He also gave us various tips to better enjoy our stay at the City.

Outstanding value - super clean and such good communication about how to get there and late access when I arrived - fab. Big and airy with everything you need in the apartment.

It’s a little out of the centre of town but really close to the Metro so not a problem at all

The suite was clean, well decorated, and a short walk to amenities. The host Ramiro went above and beyond. He answered any questions immediately and gave clear instructions. We left Sunday morning at 5:30 a.m. and could not get an Uber. Because I'm using ESim on my phone, I could only call out through what's app and messenger, so I could not call a cab. I messaged Ramiro, and he called a cab, and it was there in 5 minutes. He saved us from missing our flight.

The suite is on a hill, which is okay if you don't have knee or back problems, and I do. It was okay if I walked slow. There is an elevator after a short walk that will take you to the street. All in all, it was only a slight imposition.

Had a warm reception from the host (after I got lost, he found me on a corner and guided me to the apt). The apt was spacious, spotless, comfortable and well-appointed. I felt very at home. It was a treat to hear the children playing in the school yard outside my window in the morning. The walk to the Old Town was about five minutes and the same to the metro, so the convenience was excellent.

Just a minor point - when a guest is staying for four days but there are only two Nescafé pods, it means having to get up and go outside to buy a coffee for two days, an unnecessary inconvenience.

This is a lovely apartment ,in a great location near the old town,Ramiro and Nico were great at communicating with you to ensure you arrived without any worries the apartment has all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay ,first class I would recommend a stay here for convenience to the old town of Bilboa and its other attractions hope to stay there again in the future Thank you Ramiro and Nico

Great location - very helpful at the property with everything including parking. Amenities available. Great space, all according to photos. Perfect for families as well. All utilities in kitchen available. Appreciated the late (12 pm) checkout.

Great location, well equipped, great communication from the owners. Modern and tastefully decorated, the balcony is very sweet and a nice extra perk.

The parking was not very convenient and difficult to access. May not hire a car next time if I came. There is a one way system in Bilbao which makes navigating your way through the City difficult, but nothing compared to driving in London!
