Josu is an excellent host & very helpful. Allowed us to check in early. We had our dog with us & having a terrace was fantastic. Lovely to relax on after a day exploring Bilbao. Would highly recommend 😊

De lokatie was perfect. Buiten de oude stadskern gelegen maar op korte loopafstand daar van.

Weinig daglicht inval en wat muffe lucht in de slaapkamer. In de woonkamer en slaapkamer zaten luchtverfrissers.

De communicatie met Josu was super. We hadden een dokter nodig en ook hierbij heeft hij zeer goed geholpen. Het huisje was persoonlijk en gezellig. Het buitenplaatsje was heel fijn. Ook was het heel centraal gelegen. Alles makkelijk loopbaar.

Alles was perfect.

Clean, spacious, very good Internet.

The mattress was a bit ‘hollow’.

Great facilities, very well equipped, very clean, breakfast pack left by the host. Not in a touristy area which was nice.

The bed sagged a bit, but otherwise comfortable

Host was very welcoming and provided some staples and the offer of the use of a transport card. Apartment was spacious and provided a well equipped kitchen. The apartment also felt secure.

Noise from upstairs which is no fault of the host. Some aspects of the cleaning could have been improved but overall well presented.

Well equipped ground-floor apartment in friendly residential neighbourhood, with all amenities close by. Charming host, thoughtful welcome pack, and convenient arrival/departure times made our stay all the more enjoyable

Ground floor easy access from the street. Host was informative and assisted us settling in. We had a cycle box with us and there were recycling containers in the street to dispose of it after cycle assembly
