La location, quartier bruyant ,rue squattée nuit et jour par une population afro alcoolisée...2 interventios de la police en 3 jours Pas d isolation phonique dans l appart,un spectacle désolant le soir

Imposible peor ubicacion. No es la zona antigua como proponen sino una zona marginal, con gente marginal en donde ni pudimos Ingresar por el miedo de la familia de hasta bajarse del auto.

Nunca pude ingressr por la gente que estaba en la puerta del edificio del domicilio; la familia ni quizo bajarse del auto.

El apartamento es super amplio y luminoso, con las estancias de 10, limpieza, comodidad y absolutamente todo estupendo.

Not far from the city center nor from the old town. Close to railway station (which you can hear). Vibrant multicultural neighbourhood (which you can hear....) For those who seek a quiet place....... look further.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Very dangerous location!!! My mistake was not reading the bad reviews before booking. I’ve never left a bad/negative review but I am doing so to warn others. The apartment is very nice inside and well maintained but it is NOT worth it due to its dangerous location! Although semi close to the center it is in what was later told to us by a friend as “One of the worst neighborhoods of Bilbao.” Two taxis warned us of the element as well. On the 2nd day of us staying here they followed my aunt & ripped her chain off her neck. She made a scene & he ran off dropping the chain & leaving it broken on the floor. This scare happened RIGHT in front of the apartment entrance!!! Also, it was very noisy as pointed out by many other reviews. On 2 separate occasions fights broke out between the men that hang out in the tiny plaza in front, and the police had to come & they took 1 man in an ambulance. The foreigners that hang out in the front spend the entire day drinking and leave behind cans. They are there EVERYDAY! I feel bad leaving this review but it is the truth and many other reviews can attest this.

Nice apartment with 3 bedrooms

The area, in which the apartment is located, is quite noisy. Since not all windows are closing properly, this is a bit annoying.

If the apartment were in another area it would have been perfectly fine.

We barely slept for the two nights we stayed here during a weekend in June, the area is incredibly loud at the weekend with people hanging out late into the night in the square & street in front of the apartment as well as noise from upstairs neighbors. There were also frequent police sirens. It's not a tourist street and would personally not recommend tourists to stay here.
