Nos ha gustado el piso muy limpio y su decoración muy linda. También la atención excelente. Las instrucciones y el acceso muy claro. La ubicación no era cerca de los lugares emblemáticos pero al tener la estación del metro a unos pasos, se hace muy fácil el acceso a todos. Detalles muy cuidados: mapas, recomendaciones, tarjeta para recargar en el metro, cápsulas de café etc. felicitaciones!!

Nada. Todo estuvo muy bien. Repetiremos de seguro.

Ligging, wandelafstand van centrum, en als je toch geen zin hebt om te wandelen is de metrohalte voor de deur. Heel hulpvaardige host. Alles is tot de puntjes geregeld.

Uitzicht, maar je bent er toch om de stad te verkennen.

La ubicación muy buena, la parada de metro en la puerta. La decoración y el salón junto con la cocina.

Se echó de menos detalles (el no haber tenido más bolsas de basura, pastillas de lavavajillas, más papel higiénico)

This is a wonderful and spacious apartment with generous amenities. Ramiro was a very communicative and helpful host. The area is residential and quiet, but right next to the metro so you can reach anywhere in Bilbao very easily (a Barik card for multiple users was provided as well, which made public transport much cheaper). Overall a fantastic stay with no major complaints! We’ll definitely stay here again if we are in Bilbao.

There was some construction happening in the building. Nothing too disruptive but it would’ve been nice to be informed in advance. The bedrooms could be arranged in a way that makes storing and opening suitcases easier. But this was also a very minor inconvenience.

Great access to the metro station at the front door. Close to supermarket and comfortable room. Host had excellent communication and looked after our needs.

Shower heads kept falling down when adjusted.
