Good location easy to access.

We arrived in the pouring rain on motorcycles at a pre arranged time nobody around or indication we were in the right place. Emailed host through booking .com and they WhatsApp me to ask for €200 deposit before they tell me how to get access. Felt like a scam so requested refund . Refund refused and we were absolutely soaked through and cold so booked into a hotel . Never had an experience like this on booking.com so be careful there are some unreliable people out there

Tiene muy buena ubicación y no falta de nada para pasar una buena estancia

Estaba todo perfecto

Muy amable la persona que nos atendio, el apartamento es muy correcto, tiene de todo,

Creo que fue una estancia gafada, llegue antes de la hora prevista y estuve 1 hora esperando ya que no oyeron el telefono. Para al final hacer un checking automatico, me lo podian dar los codigos de primeras y se evita el problema de la llegada. El colchon para mi lo han de cambiar

Pues está en una zona tranquila con barecitos para desayunar. Pudimos aparcar en la calle de atrás aunque tiene parking y el precio está incluido, lo usamos por la noche y muy bien, muy cerca del piso.el apartamento es enorme con todo lo necesario. Tuvieron un montón de detalles.. Agua, zumo, café.. Incluso una tarjeta del metro de Bilbao que usamos para ir a un concierto. Nos dejaron estar con los tres perritos y cuando llegamos pudimos entrar enseguida para dejar las maletas . El baño es enorme y el agua caliente sale de maravilla . Es un piso calentito. El colchón de mi cama era muy cómodo. Es una comunidad de vecinos tranquila. Nos pidieron una fianza al llegar que se devolvió sin ningún problema al finalizar la estancia.

Pues realmente todo estuvo bien. Por poner algo el ascensor es un poco pequeño pero eso no es culpa de nadie.

Wifi worked well

Poor location. A 40 minute walk to the old town with very little to do in the area. The check-in process was challenging. We had to pay a 200 euro deposit which was difficult to transfer. We were assured that this would be returned immediately but I had to repeatedly ask for it. The facilities were poor. 4 of us stayed there for 1 night because we were flying out early the next morning so it didn't matter to us but you can't fit 2 people in the kitchen, its smaller than my toilet room at home. Communication with the host was very difficult especially when trying to get deposit back. To be honest the whole process of booking etc has been very unusual. The bedrooms were ok but the living room was tiny and was quite dark and very dated. I couldn't recommend this place to anyone and feel that the existing reviews maybe fake. I would be very careful if booking this place, the host is still sending me messages asking for more money because she weirdly believes 5 of us were there despite 4 of us being on holiday. I have used booking.com for years and have never written a bad review or had any problems with hosts. I will be complaining to booking.com!!

La ubicación y el parking

Al apartamento le hace falta amor, es un piso bastante viejo y con mucho mueble y plantas de plástico. Está bien y es cómodo pero le tendrías que darle una vuelta.
