Clean, tidy, big and comfortable apartment in a great location. Great accomodation.

It was noisy at 4 am on friday and saturday.

The apartment was nice, cosy and clean. It had everything we needed. We loved the couch and the television with Netflix and the beds were good. The location is very central, perfect for the beach, the town and the busstation. Great location when you don't have a car. We went one day to Krka and one day to Plitvice by bus, this was perfect. From and to the airport you can take an Über. There is a bakery downstairs and a supermarket around the corner.

The nightclub across the street was bothersome at the nights it was open (in this period of the year Friday and Saturday). But then again, when you stay in a city, a quiet place is rare.

Excellent location for trip to Zadar

Perfect location, walking distance from the city center. I parked nearby for free for three days. Great communication with host over WhatsApp (he will tell you about the parking spot), entrance via a key in a locker. Very well-equipped kitchen. Nice view of the harbour from the balcony. Good shower.

The apartment was about 10 minutes walk to the old town, if that. The old town was beautiful. Also very near to Kolvare Beach. Inside was lovely, clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our 2 night stay.

The photos on Booking.com showed a balcony overlooking the harbour - which there was, but what you actually saw when looking out was a petrol station! That was your main view. Also there is a night club over the road to the petrol station, so it got noisy and apart from the road noise - Horns beeping, etc, we were then all worken up early hours on Sunday morning at 4am when the club finished. The property is up 4 flights of steps, I knew this, but it was tough getting our cases up, and some would really struggle. Also Parking doesn't appear to be Free, unless you want to risk parking in a side street, or leaving it in a supermarket carpark. There is a busy carpark but it wasn't free either. The appearance of the building from the outside is pretty off putting too (which we didn't see, as there are no photos online, so was a bit of a shock) but it didn't matter too much once inside.
