Premium class Room - free parking

Truely beautifully presented. Picture says it all literally sparkling and tastefully decorated. Clear photographic instructions were sent for easy entry. The entrance is rather dodgy, dirty and shabby which. Hanged the minute you enter the room, which is impeccably kept. Relatively easy walk to the old town but wouldn’t want to do it too many times. Once in town we stayed in for dinner before returning to the room.

As I said beautifully presented….but….. so impractical. There really is no where to place an open suitcase, ended up putting ours in front of the door as we weren’t going in and out. The sitting area could lose a chair and this might free up some space. The bathroom …. Oh dear. No room at all. No where to hang a towel or put a toilet bag. Plants look lovely but space for the travellers belongings is more important. Having spent one night in the room had us wanting to rearrange for the purpose of comfort rather then aesthetics. It is a lovely room just needs to lose some of the clutter.

Close to bus station, easy to get in, provided nice photos to checkin. Made great efforts to allow us to checkin early.

Microwave would be nice

The location is in the city center a d the apartment looks very nice.

The room smells a bit funky when I arrived, so I left the window open for a long time. However, I realised the smell was from the bed before I slept ! Very likely they didn’t change the bed cloths after the previous customer or didn’t wash them properly. It was so difficult for me to sleep when the bed doesn’t smell fresh. So I sent a message via booking.com to the property owner at night before i give a negative comment, but instead of helping me solve the problem, the owner cancelled my booking and didn’t reply my phone and explained why. I’m not trying to make a problem, but I think every customer has right to complain and defend their own rights. Since I can’t contact the owner anymore after my booking has been cancelled, I’m here to inform you that I have already self checked out at 9:30 am and put all the keys back to the locker.

The apparent in the centre of the Zadar city Room is clean Have everything for long time live. Many shops close to the please. Close to old town. Perfect place Recommended
