Great localization,Eirini is very nice and helpfull

Great location: walking distance to Arkasa city center, 15min to the airport and perfect to explore the island. Close by there are nice restaurants, coffee places, supermarkets and a pharmacy. The studio is big and quiet, with a nice terrace and an amazing view to the sunset. The host and family are very friendly and did their best to fulfill our requests. The studio is exactly as shown in the pictures.

The mattress is quite hard. No amenities, cooking essentials (like salt, pepper, olive oil, ...) or dish soap available (but we also didn't ask for it).

Only stayed 1 night on our travels but it was very clean and comfortable with parking. A nice family run business, the staff were great.

Good location.

The bed was rock hard, 20 years old, and placed on a platform that was not a bedframe. One of the worst sleep I ever had. When I told the host, she stated that she would bring me a single mattress. Instead, she brought mattress topper that was suitable for a child and badly soiled. I also mentioned that the fridge had not been properly turned on, soy food spoiled. Not a word of apology. Instead, the host stopped responding to me. Lol red

Convenient location, close to the sea, clean and polite owner

I wanted to drink coffee or tea in the morning, but unfortunately there is no coffee, no tea
