we liked most the cleanliness, freshness, positivity of the place. Very thoughtful done interiors done keeping Ease, Use, Need, while there were small small decors and arrangements in the rooms as well as in open areas. Host couple was very caring and very responsive. We could also appreciate fully loaded kitchen with utensils appliances lines toiletries, even cosy comforters kept in sitting in open area.

It was a little pricey

Beautiful apartment, clean, neat and comfortable. Amenities very nice, especially the bottle of wine! The walk from the train station was closer than I imagined. Easy access to our apartment.

Well located. Nice bedrooms, good Wi-Fi. Living room was comfy. Kitchen was well appointed.

The advertisement shows pics for 2 different properties, so that was confusing. Road noise was a bit much.

The apartment is perfectly located just 50 meters from the amazing Brinz lake, with excellent access to the lake, a few minutes' walk from the Brinz train& boat station. Great apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need and more, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms and beds, nice garden balcony. Martin the owner, very kind throughout the stay, the communication with him was excellent, he left us exact instructions for self check-in, he put a bottle of wine on the table for us. Later he came to see that everything was fine, arranged excellent parking for us. We had a lot of fun!

Cleanliness, perfect location and very responsive host. Our host Andrea and Martin are very welcoming, they were always available for any queries with quick response.
