"A lovely apartment and a perfect base"

Everything! A fabulous, comfortable, homely apartment, which was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. Located on the edge of town which meant it was peaceful and quiet. Also a host who could not have been more helpful

The appartment is in excellent condition and the view on the estuary was beautiful! The neighbourhood is very quiet with many places to park the car. The landlay was very kind and responded to our needs.

"Home away from home in Aviero"

The apartment is very spacious with a large open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room. The bedroom was a good size with plenty of storage. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The view from the living room towards the lagoon/old salt pans is lovely. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful; an easy place to relax. There is a wonderful breeze when you open the windows so that you don’t need to run the air conditioning all the time. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. We only had breakfast in the apartment but it is fully stocked should you want to cook other meals there. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The apartment is ~ a 20 minute walk to the main part of town. It is a flat and easy walk. The drive is less than 5 minutes and we never had a problem parking the car.the supermarket is on the way to town. The location is in a more industrious part of town in an area with old homes being renovated and new construction. It just took one walk to realize it is comfortable and safe. Eulália is a charming hostess. She genuinely cares that her guests enjoy Aviero and her apartment and she goes out of her way to be helpful.
