It was very clean had everything we needed, nice big fridge. The big patio doors were a big plus. It is a studio but with the outside room and the real-life mural it was great. We even sat outside for a while. I would recommend it to anyone. Really close to everything, restaurants, attractions and shopping. Great job on the place Pedro, thank you. Easy instructions also to access the apartment.

Great location for walks along the canals. It was close to everything we wanted to do (we went to the Aveiro museum and walked out to the salt fields). Pedro made check-in very easy and he was easy to contact if we needed him. They also had a list of suggestions in the apartment that I found useful.

Everything was great!

Pedro responded to my texts immediately about the keys and being able to check in early. His apartment has a full kitchen, a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and a sitting area outside the unit. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated plus the wifi worked well. (Did not use the TV but there was one available) The location of his apartment was great and he also put together a tip sheet of suggestions of the area. Lastly, Pedro left me a liter of water which was appreciated.

Extremely clean. Patio was nice. Towels were luxurious and plentiful. Beautifully decorated. can’t think of a thing we needed that wasn’t there. Pedro obviously takes pride in providing an excellent experience for his guests. Also a great location.

Pedro left water for us on arrival which was a nice touch. He also was on hand for any questions. The apartment was stylish and clean. It was a great spot , the bus stop at the bottom bur quiet.
