The shower is amazing! The apartment is well located.

There's some things that need to be renovated. But nothing major

Location, lightning, services around, transportation. Any questions were addressed in time. I really recommend it.

The studio had almost all the amenities one could need, providing a very comfortable stay. Toiletries were thoughtfully provided, adding to the convenience. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. For a studio, the space was quite generous, offering a good balance of comfort and functionality.

The studio itself and the outer corridor require maintenance work. The bathroom extractor fan did not work, which was inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was really poor and frequently went on and off, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, there is major construction going on right in the building in front, causing noise and disruption. The small patio, which I expected to be private, is actually shared and has access from a neighboring house, which was not ideal and also the terrace door does not close properly. To top it off, the people living upstairs were quite noisy, often up until 2am, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, these issues should not refrain me from staying again.
