Apartments Ratković

We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment is in a great location near the Port and bus stop which takes you to take you to Kotor. The place was very clean. The host was extremely friendly and so nice. We walked around the bay to catch the ferry which is free for foot passengers and takes you to Kaminera, you can then get a bus to Herceg Novi which is worth a visit. Kotor is lovely too and Perast. We enjoyed our stay and it's budget friendly too 😄

I recently made my first trip to Montenegro and found this superb residence on Booking.com. I wasn't sure what to expect but I had a good feeling about it. When I arrived at the property, via a taxi arranged by the landlady, I was met with a huge smile and a warm welcome. Although she didn't speak English, I was shown around my lovely little apartment by the proprietor with a full explanation of the facilities using Google Translate. The first floor apartment, tucked away off a quiet street, boasted a fully equipped kitchenette, complete with two-ring hob, large refrigerator, crockery/cutlery, a kettle and a small table with two chairs; a decent bathroom with sink, toilet and roomy shower with ample hot water; and a cosy bedroom with a large wardrobe, a snuggly double bed, a TV, and an AC unit. There was also a small outside terrace area with a sturdy table and chairs. I was blown away by the facilities for the price of this delightful apartment, and the location was ideal. At one end of the street was the main road, leading to the town centre, and at the other end was the sea front with access to Porto Montenegro, numerous shops and restaurants, and stunning mountainous scenery. I will definitely rebook when I visit Montenegro again in the future. The friendly, personal service was outstanding. I truly loved it.

Apart from the basic nature of the airport, which I'm sure will be updated in time, there was nothing about the property or Tivat itself that I disliked.

Чудесное место! До моря 2 минуты прогулочным шагом, до пляжа 5 минут. Тихий район, дом стоит в глубине двора, спокойно отдыхали. Вблизи есть и рестораны, и супермаркеты, и пекарня, а до центра Тивата минут 10-15 прогулки по набережной. Прекрасная хозяйка Алла, принесла все нужные вещи - от лишнего одеяла до пляжного полотенца, рассказала все об окрестностях. И даже угостила домашними сербскими деликатесами. Приятно, когда о тебе заботятся! Апартамент небольшой, но для двоих места достаточно. И главное - есть всё! Не просто кухня, но и хороший комплект посуды, острые ножи, соль и сахар и чай-кофе... Это редкость, по моему опыту, чтобы кухонные принадлежности были в отличном состоянии. Кровать удобная, кондиционер работает, вода всегда есть холодная и горячая, интернет стабильный. Очень довольна отдыхом в этих апартаментах, браво хозяевам.

Все хорошо. Погода была холодная и пасмурная, но тут апартаменты не виноваты :)

The room was clean, with fresh towels and bedding, hairdryer, and iron. It looked much better than in the photos. The host met us very warmly, told us about best places to eat, beaches to visit, and shops to go. It was very convenient as everhthing was very close. The host even shared a plate of delicious home-made proschiuto (cured ham), which was very delicious. All in all, the stay was perfect.

Čistý a útulný apartmán pár minut od pláže. Obchody, kavárny, restaurace a bus zastávka nedaleko. Krásné místo.
