Mireya's 1BR Condo at Goshen Towers - Session Road

The location was excellent and within walking distance of several upscale restaurants, SM City, Botanical Gardens, and Burnham Park. With this in mind, it’s a great place that’s secure and ideal for the traveler who plans to be outside all day exploring and only using the property for sleeping. It also had plenty of TV entertainment and WiFi amenities for guests who prefer to stay in and has sleeping arrangements and cooking equipment for up to six people. The staff were quick to address issues.

The studio apartment did not have good ventilation or airflow and only had a small window within a small enclosed balcony that was barely visible from the bedroom. It made the studio feel very small, dark, warm and a bit stuffy. Although it had adequate bed space, the bed mattresses weren’t very comfortable - one can feel the mattress springs through the top of the mattress. The extra foam mattress for the floor was better. Also, the advertised cost was misleading. After taxes, a P500 cleaning fee, and P350 parking fee was added, it raised the price by over P1000 from what was initially published - something to consider when booking. These details were not immediately available at initial glance.

Place was clean and comfortable. Location also a plus as it is located super near Session Road

The sofa bed’s stand/foot is no longer sturdy. Had a minor accident where 1 of my companion sat at it and the sofa/bed collapsed and she fell.
