This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. - Smoking is not permitted on the property. - It is forbidden to set the heating above 21 degrees. - Failure to comply with these rules will result in invoicing and holding of the deposit. The person making the reservation must be present in the accommodation during the rental period. (Except for companies with proof). If the person making the reservation is not present, the rental will be cancelled. Guests must show proof of identity. Non-French nationals must present a passport or other form of identification allowing them to be in France (with visa if necessary).
