Deluxe Apartment Unique-With Private Heated Pool

The property was truly amazing, facilities were excellent.

The pool, despite being told it was heated wasn’t and it was very chilly. We did find it refreshing and liked the actual situation and setting.

Very good elevated location providing a view over the sea towards Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. Clean and tidy appartment with very effective air conditioning and plenty of room for a family of four. Generous outside space including a larger than expected pool and several options for loungers/dining. Excellent communication with the host Luksa throughout including organising transfers and a mid week clean.

Not a problem for us but the elevated location of the apartment means there are some steep slopes and steps to navigate when walking to and from town. An Uber for the return leg from the centre of Cavtat cost around 10 euro.

Beautiful apartment with lovely outdoor living area- swing chair, patio furniture and fantastic pool. Luksa was available by WhatsApp to sort out a few issues we had with AC and was very helpful arranging airport transfers. Lovely views.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. Lots of space for a family of 5. Extremely comfortable with attention to detail on the little things required during a self catering holiday. The welcome drinks/ice-cream/wine in the fridge on arrival were a lovely touch. The walk back up the hill - definitely a great cardio workout!!

The apartment was suberb. It was just as in pictures. It was superclean and confortable.

The beach was near, but on a hill, so it was tough climbing up there. The Centrum of Cavtat was couple of kilometres away, so we had to use Uber to get there (restaurants were mostly there)

Beautiful villa in Cavtat. Host was very helpful and facilitated and early check in. We loved being able to walk down to cavtat and taxis/uber back were only 7euro. You can walk back no problem also but with a baby and pram we found it easier to get a taxi back. The pool area was amazing and the bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. Highly recommend and would love to stay again. Cavtat itself is also beautiful.
