"Do Not Stay Here! My trip was ruined because of this place & owner's refusal to refund me."

The location was near the castle.

The shower didn't have hot water, the freezer door fell off when opened, the towel bar kept falling off, some outlets didn't work, the upstairs window wouldn't stay open & would slam shut, & the owner didn't respond to emergency calls & texts the evening into the night of our 1st day. When a technician arrived the next day & was trying to fix the water heater issue he stated that the pilot light kept going out & it was too small to pump the hot water(when it did click on) to the upstairs shower. It would only heat the water for the kitchen on the main level. We left & the owner still refuses to give a refund of almost 2,000 U.S. from 8/19 - 8/31 that I paid in full before our visit. Do not book a stay at this address.

"Overall it was a good experience."
