Ana Apartment

It had everything, including AC in both living room and bedroom. All seemed brand new. Many little things that make a difference like schampoo and breakfast foods and several types of teas etc

1. Proximity to the airport and to the beach 2. Hostess

Nice host and well equipped apartment

Shower is suboptimal, bed is not really comfortable, neighbour’s dog can be a bit much

If you want a beach holiday at a reasonable price or just to visit Dubrovnik - Ana's apartment is perfect! Definetely a recomendation for family and friends. Great communication. We arrived late, tired with kids (shops were closed already) - and guess what, beside fruits and many other things she left milk in the fridge which we needed for out little one. Loved every minute spent in that apartment.

I would consider an empty shelf in the bathroom for guests personal items.

Location is good, bus stop for bus number 10 for Dubrovnik is 7-8mins walking distance. Host Ana is very helpful She has paid attention to everything a guest might need and arranged apartment accordingly She also put some fruits, bread, drinks, spreads, lot of spices, teas, coffee (which was totally unexpected and very kind of her) She is very prompt in answering all the questions. Very rarely I have found this kind of host and i highly recommend her apartment

I have never seen so much love put into a rental apartment. Everything is very welcoming. I enjoyed this flat a lot, one of the best experiences! All of my best wishes to the host!

Air conditioner is just one, and it is not in a bed room. But if you open all internal doors and switch it on, it does the job by cooling entire flat.

Our host, Ana, is a wonderful host who is very kind and always puts the needs of the guests first. There is a private parking lot, and the room was stocked with bread, ham, fruit, and a variety of drinks for breakfast, making for a very comfortable stay. Thank you so much to our wonderful host, Ana!
