It was unclear when I booked ‚the residence‘ on your website that it’s not a part of the hotel, which means NO SERVICES. This is such a huge disappointment. The pipes were visible in the bathroom, the jacuzzi bubbles were automatically running in front of my apartment from 8-5… loud and annoying. All in all, way below standard. There’s nobody to contact in case of issues as the hotel reception kept saying the residence is not a part of the hotel and couldn’t/wouldn‘t help. The only helpful person was the hotel shuttle gentleman who kindly agreed to drive me to the Sheraton 2 times as I was attending wedding events there.

It was very spacious and comfortable. The pool outside near the balcony was nice. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. There was a private beach in walking distance.

Because it was a residential unit none of the hotel perks were included like clean towels, maintenance, or use of the shuttle. The balcony door lock was not working properly which was a safety concern because of the proximity to the pool and I had small children.

The pool, the distance to beach and 7/11. The residence is very peaceful and is very scenic. Our unit opened up to the pool, it was very relaxing.

The shuttle is only available to the Hotel. They do not assist the residence. It is a long way from Hua Hin. Taking taxis is the only way to get to any destination such as markets and malls. You have to go in to Hua Hin for everything by taxi. A lot of mosquitos. They only service the room once a week so you have the same towels for a couple of days before they change them. Limited cutlery and crockery. We had 1 coffee cup for both of us. No tea, coffee or sugar provided.
