Definitely needed more dishes in the unit. A colander, an instruction for the cooktop, a can opener, a peeler, tongs, etc. More towels and newer towels. The towels were very worn. There were 4 of us so if you had a shower, you had to wait for your towel to dry to go to the pool. Otherwise, the unit was lovely. The area rug in living room has small bugs in it. No broom or mop means you can't sweep your kitchen.

Spacious and cozy room with cleanliness.

The table in the living room is a bit old and rusty, this should be replaced. Everything is otherwise fine.

Great facilities, reasonable price, everything you need. I want to live there!

Beautiful condo complex in between Cha Am and Hua Hin. Loved the pool system, 2 long channels connect 2 pool areas. Was perfect for doing laps or just having a good long serene swim. Best pool ever!! Both bedrooms were very comfortable with comfortable beds and lots of good pillows.

Kitchen was a bit sparse on some details. Like a corkscrew? And wine glasses? And a couple of dish cloths and hand towels would be appreciated. And directions for using that crazy induction stovetop is needed. Should be posted above the stove. We made 2 bookings as we extend our stay from 5 nights to 14. We did get the cleaning fee refunded as it was not cleaned in those 2 weeks, but we really would have appreciated some fresh bed linens, even if we had to make the beds ourselves. Also one MAJOR PAIN was the ridiculous rule about no food or drink by the pool, not even up on the big lounge chairs on the lawn! Come on!! I had a thermos of water (it's hot in Thailand!!!) And was snacking on some cheeses that were in my beach bag and a security guard came over to give me hell!! I did not appreciate that at all!! If this is a rule to be strictly enforced, I think you should tell people at time of booking.
