Location: The apartment is located in Bansko, approximately a 700–800 meter walk to the gondola. After about 400 meters, it is possible to access the ski area through an intermediate entrance, which is convenient. Apartment and building: The apartment is in a quiet building and consists of one bedroom and a living room with an open-plan (American-style) kitchen. The sofa bed in the living room can be used for sleeping. Heating was excellent, and the apartment was very warm throughout the stay. Cleanliness: General cleaning had been done upon arrival. The bed sheets and pillowcases were clean but stained, which was disappointing. There were hair and dust accumulations around the bed and sofa edges. The radiators were dusty and not cleaned. Although kitchen utensils for cooking were available, we noticed that some glasses stored in the cabinets were dirty before our arrival. Kitchen cleaning should be more thorough before new guests arrive. There was also an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Comfort: For a family stay, the bed was small and not very comfortable. It may be acceptable for short stays, but longer stays could be uncomfortable for families. Overall: The apartment can be suitable for a few days, mainly due to its location. However, having to clean the apartment ourselves and the lack of comfort for family accommodation may be problematic for longer stays. We appreciate the information provided by the host via Booking.
