The apartment is spacious, beautiful, clean and has all the facilities you could ask for. The host, Nicola, is very friendly and can give a great advice on places to visit and where to eat. Free parking available on site. The location isperfect, in a quiet location about a 20 minute walk (along the promenade) from the centre of Cochem. A very convenient Penny supermarket is located just around the corner

Het appartement is ruim. Grote eetkeuken, ruime woonkamer, 1 slaapkamer en badkamer. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. De lokatie is prima. 15 a 20 minuten wandelen langs de boulevard en de moezel en je bent in cochem centrum. Vanuit cochem heel veel te zien in de omgeving. We zijn de binnenwegen gaan rijden, prachtig.

Blijkbaar kwamen we aan in een lang weekend vrij voor de Duitsers, zaterdag geen winkel open als ook zondag. Het was prettig geweest dat we dit wisten, hadden meer boodschappen meegenomen. Verder alles uitstekend.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich nicht direkt im Zentrum von Cochem,sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Zentrum ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen.Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub benötigt und sehr sauber.Ein Parkplatz stand uns kostenlos zu Verfügung. Gegenüber befindet sich zum Einkauf ein Penny Markt. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war unkompliziert.Wir konnten eher als angegeben, einchecken. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und offen für alle Fragen. Wir würden das Apartment Sonnenschein auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung lag in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Nahverkehr und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in der Nähe. Die Wohnung im 2. OG (Dachgeschoss) ist groß und schön eingerichtet mit Blick auf die Reichsburg und die Mosel. Küchengeräte und -utensilien sind vorhanden. Bequeme Betten und ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Schränken. Man kann unmittelbar am Haus die Wanderungen starten. Der Parkplatz ist auf dem Hof, wo auch die Terrasse ist mit Tisch und Stühlen ist.

de host was zeer vriendelijk en hartelijk we konden lekker buiten zitten de fietsen konden in de schuur staan en opgeladen worden. er waren tal van zaken aanwezig die we konden gebruiken (olijfolie, koffie, thee, specerijen ed)

we moesten wel 3 trappen op naar ons appartement het was een laag keukenblok

The apartment is located in Cochem-Sehl, a 15 minute walk from Cochem centre. We like this because it is very quiet there, the property is just far enough away from the main road. There is private parking and a terrace with table and chairs outside. The apartment itself is on the top floor under the roof, some stair climbing required but for us that was OK. Very spacious apartment with separate bedroom (excellent beds and pillows), lounge-kitchen area, living room and bathroom. Linen and towels provided and there were chocolates waiting for us as a welcome present. The kitchen was very well equipped, we felt right at home. The host was super friendly and helpful, speaks fluent German AND English and has plenty of local knowledge about what to do, where to go for dinner etc. There is a supermarket just 2 minutes walk away, open Monday through Saturday, very convenient. We are looking forward to our next stay!
