Anchorage Serviced Apartments

We stayed for six days at Anchorage Serviced Apartment, and our experience was very pleasant. The interaction with the host was cordial, and they were accommodating to all our requirements and queries. They also offered us an early check-in, which was very helpful. The apartment is within comfortable walking distance of Edappally Metro Station, especially in good weather. Uber services are readily available for pick-up and drop-off at any time of the day. We stayed on the first floor, and the area is very quiet and peaceful, with no disturbances. The apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which has a 24-hour geyser facility. Amenities include a TV, refrigerator, microwave, cooking hob, and essential plates, cups, and cutlery. Tea, coffee, sugar, and milk powder were provided. Any additional items can be conveniently ordered online and delivered within 15 minutes. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, and the bedsheets and towels were clean, new, and well maintained. A common washing machine is available in the covered rooftop area, with sufficient space and clotheslines for drying laundry. The caretaker, Ilengo, was available whenever we needed assistance. The access roads are wide enough for commercial vehicles, and parking facilities are available. We would definitely recommend this place if you are planning a stay in Ernakulam.

Not provide toth brush paste knife

Location is fine, space is appropriate for a family of 3 or 4. Kitchen facilities are fine. Property is clean. Ample sunlight in the common area/drawing room.

Bedroom has dampness as it doesnt get ample sunlight. There is a need for an RO Water purifier, as 2 litres of water daily is not suffient when the day is hot.

Hosts are excellent couple, Place is neat and clean

May be they could have kept some essential kitchen utensils like small pressure or rice cooker, few glasses, saucers...

Good location, good host, good caretaker, safe location, safe for families and solo female travelers. I recommend this place.

No elevator..but host was kind enough to arrange a ground floor apartment for me.

Ce logement est très propre et agréable,situé dans un quartier très calme et dans un petite rue. les hôtes sont charmants et à l 'écoute. Lave linge sur la terrasse , ce qui n ' est pas un problème. Il est un peu loin du vieux Cochin vue la circulation.
