The caretaker Elongovan demonstrated exceptional service, being attentive and accommodating throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. Overall, a positive experience.

Nothing apart from receiving keys on arrival.

Payment including damage security was collected on arrival but when it came to facilities it was a big zero. We took two bedroom stay and one bedroom's AC was not working. When we informed this to caretaker Mr.Ilango, he came and checked and said room will chill in 10mins after closing the door and inspite of door being closed for hours room did not cool down and our baby and we couldn't sleep due heat. Next day morning deciding to checkout as we were not happy with the place asked caretaker to switch on water heater and had to wait for almost 45mins for hot water to come.by the time caretaker came by 1120am and asked us to checkout soon as they had next booking for the room !He simply was not bothered when we said it was due the delay in hot water we got little late to checkout. Irony was previous day we had only checked in by 4pm.they only wanted money but not ready to serve the guests well. Would definetly not recommend for a stay here. Also there is no lift facility! All the way you need to climb and carry your luggage.

It was a really nice apartment and worth the price. The hosts were very accomodating and very nice. The apartment was clean and the rooms were very big.

It was really nice staying in here, and i recommend if anyone looking to stay in kochi don't look for any else property just stay here it feels like home.
