I had a wonderful experience staying here! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The apartment and rooms were spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. I'm so glad I chose this place—it exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Cochin

We loved the service extended to us by the staff at the property whose name is Anas. He made us feel very welcome and explained the facility very well. We had a couple of concerns which he addressed perfectly. The property is perfect, especially for a family. The highlight of the stay is the quality of the property and the service extended to us, especially by Anas.

This property exceeded our expectations. On arrival, we realized our room was on one of the second floor and there is no elevator in the building, which would pose an issue as we were travelling with a senior. The Casa Allay team was very accommodating and able to move us to a room on the ground floor, which was even larger than the initial allocated room. The apartment was very clean, well-lit, spacious, and had everything we needed for our 1-night stay. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

The facility is great! Very conveniently located, inside a small alley for quietness but easy access to big roads. The apartment was spotless and everything matched the picture. The cleaning service provided everyday was great! The staff were very helpful too. I would totally recommend this hotel, and will definitely go back!
