L'emplacement est le point fort principal. La SdB est au top. Beaucoup de cachet! Bel espace dans la pièce principale et double vitrage efficace.

Odeur de canalisation, canapé lit très peu confortable, l'appartement est très sombre et le couloir étroit.

Positionnement du logement au coeur de Colmar permettant de ne pas utiliser la voiture

Le logement : les photos sur le site n'ont quasi rien à voir avec le logement loué et l'état est à désirer. Je vous ai mis des photos mais pas toutes. Moisissures dans la salle de bain, petits tableaux mis autour de la bouche d'aération pour cacher d'énormes trous. Cuisine très peu équipée (même pas un plat pour mettre au four donc pas possible de l'utiliser), des pseudos prises murales fixées avec du scotch ! Entrée : toile blanche mal fixée pour cacher le tableau électrique, très petit canapé peu confortable. Chambre : tringle à rideaux fixée de manière bancale et rideaux occultants trop petits pour cacher le jour, pas lampes de chevet de chaque côté du lit, pas de cliché de porte du côté intérieur de la chambre (possibilité de rester enfermés...), tv suspendue à 2 doigts de tomber car mal fixée, télécommande avec piles oxydées qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de rangement pour les vêtements. Serviettes de bain un peu trop usées (pour 1 : 1 trou). Après avoir fait des recherches, le propriétaire loue en fait plusieurs logements (4 au total dont 1 loft, 2 appartements Deluxe et le studio que nous avons loué) mais ses photos comprennent toutes les locations et en majeure partie, j'imagine, le loft et les 2 appartements...soit des photos mensongères pour chaque location car impossible de savoir quelle photo correspond à quoi... Prix exorbitant pour une prestation pitoyable. Un dédommagement quasi de moitié serait le bienvenu.
