Отличное местоположение, рядом пляж в пешей доступности, магазины и рестораны. Кондиционер в квартире просто спасение в жаркие и душные дни.

Активный город 24/7, светло днем, и ночью из-за огромного количества подсветок высоток разного характера.

Все было просто супер. Чисто, уютно, хороший вид. Хозяин прекрасно говорит по-английски, всегда на связи. Я приехал случайно на день раньше, апартаменты были свободны, мне позволили изменить даты пребывание без доплаты, огромное за жто спасибо! Соотношение цена/качество на высшем уровне.

Лифты. Долгое ожидание. Это проблема всего комплекса Orbi. Но в замен на это вы получаете шикарный вид из окна.

Extremely cozy, cool and surprisingly quiet given the very active area around. The host is friendly and helpful. Recommend for short-term stay 🙌

Nice and clean place in 22 floor of Orbi A building. Great view to the sea and mountains. Place is 2-3 km from most of the tourist favourite places and town centre. Dancing fountains in front of the building. Really nice place to stay. Bed mattress was very comfortable to sleep. Apartment have all the necessary equipment to cock food at home, but we did not used it for all our six day stay as it is so many places in town with super delicious food with good price. The host is very attentive and super professional, helped to solve issues with reception very quickly, also recommended Tavaduri restaurant was amazing with live music and possibility to dance. Recommending to take some tours as they were amazing.

All Batumi are never ending constructions and never sleeping town. Orbi buildings too flashy for us, so at the times we’re a bit difficult to sleep. Reception also could do better, but it is not at owner responsibility.
