Old BATUMI MGZAVREBI APARTMENTS

Location is good. Attraction are near.

Owner was very rude during check in and tried to get extra money from us for bunk bed Lenin which I already paid for. Anyways I said I’m not paying and he removed the Lenin for the stay. Parking is a big no to this place. It’s very difficult to get a parking space. Washroom needs renovation.

The location is the best. It was the best introduction to Batumi. The apartment location is perfect. Minutes anywhere and the gardens and boulevard, cafes and markets are all easy to get to. The inside area was very comfy and good quality furnishings. The wifi worked great and consistently. Air conditioning worked great too. It was quiet and safe for solo women travelers. The kitchen had all the necessary items. The owner is super helpful and replies quickly. I stayed one full month in April. The area (old city) and waterfront is amazing. So many free activities and everything is right next to the apartment. There are free outdoor gyms along the boulevard (sea front) and forest trails and lots of fountains with free water. I walked 10km every morning and didn't need to take a water bottle with. The street dogs near the old city are super friendly and well taken care of. They'll happily go for a walk with you...or sit and keep you company.

Location is pretty good! Close to boulvar and vegan cafe restaurants 😋 i loved jacuzzi in bath and also bed was pretty comfortable ☺️ all the necessary things were available in the house. Host was answering messages immediately .

I think it can get cozier, in the beginning when I entered the atmosphere was a bit cold looking because its minimalistic but in a way that it’s less cozy, but with time spent there i liked it more) but for first impression and more good looking atmosphere i’d add some things maybe in design.

The property has excellent location, in the city center, near the sea. The host is very kind and helpful. Everything is comfortable for group tours.

the bedroom had strong smoking smell. sheets were not big enough to cover the mattress and we woke up and found ourselves sleeping on the mattress without sheets
