"Very comfortable base for visiting the area."

Great location for exploring this part of Scotland. Used it as a base for exploring Stirling, Pitlochry, the Fortingall Yew and to play a round of hickory golf at Kingarrock Golf Course. Lots of guide books and maps available to help plan our visit.

At times parking was a bit tight in front of the property but there was plenty of alternative parking around the corner.

Everything was carefully thought of . The garden in good weather is an absolute gem . The fireplace made it cosy in the evening. We actually cooked every day as my daughter was studying ( not your average guest !) - we had everything we needed . Thank you for a lovely stay .

Negotiating the tight car parking in front was tricky at times .

Immaculate and spotlessly clean accommodation with delightful garden. Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. Great location within walking distance of town centre. Chocolates, biscuits and milk were a lovely touch on our arrival and much appreciated. Great communication from Lesley who also went way beyond with her list of recommended eateries which didn't disappoint.
