Appartamento Bellavista - Lake Como View - near the beach

Lovely house, very big and cosy. Bed wasn’t so comfortable (a bit too soft that we were sinking) but the views were amazing! It is easily located and it’s great that there is a private parking. But the way down to the house can be inconvenient with many luggages and a baby. The owner was really sweet and replying as as much as she could. I wish there was a dryer and there is only a washing machine.

Incredible find! We couldn’t have had a better base to explore the lake area and relax in a beautiful home with such stunning views. Before our arrival we had all the information we needed to get settled in without any fuss or worry. On arrival we couldn’t believe our luck, the pictures don’t do any justice to the home or the views out of the 3 balcony windows. We found the property clean with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of parking space at all times and a nice little cafe downstairs open all day. Unfortunately the nearby restaurants were closed (march). Hope to go back soon!

The view from the apartment is wonderful, such blue glistening waters and high mountains opposite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, full of all the amenities one might need, and we particularly enjoyed the balcony space. It was kept nice and warm considering the time of year (March). A very well stocked kitchen, ready to use, with plenty of dining space where you can enjoy the view from. The parking space was useful to have and so close to the property. The property is situated on the main road so it did mean that it could get quite noisy at times due to the heavy traffic, however through the night this was not an issue. The pillows were slightly uncomfortable so could perhaps be swapped for softer ones, and the bed felt uneven. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Deborah was most welcoming, helpful, and responsive when needed! Thank you.

Everything Well organised beautiful property in front of beautiful lake como. We had a very relaxing stay at this place. The instructions given were very clear and was very easy to communicate with the owner.. Everything is well sorted out in the apartment. Even to the smallest detail. Highly recommend this place if you're planning a relaxing stay in como.

Wish there was a tumble dryer.

This view from the window is something incredible! The apartment has everything to enjoy a leisurely family vacation or a romantic date. Deborah was very kind and hospitable, thank you for everything. To anyone looking for an ideal quiet place - my recommendation

Fully equipped, very cozy apartment with fantastic view to most beautiful places of Italy. My wife and kids liked fully equipped kitchen with all dishes and glasses. Very good bathroom with big bath. My kids liked piano. I loved this beautiful apartment.

The view and the location was perfect.

We were a bit suprised that there is still a place where they ask for deposit and the amount was very high. We thought it was unnecessary, we already payed for the apartement and there were some basic things missing like wifi and free towels...

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, fully furnished, has a lot of kitchenware and glassware and a stunning view. It even has a whole bedroom with two single beds which is not included in the photos. In proximity of like 100-150m there is a beach, bars and restaurants. Although I would suggest checking the bathroom lock beacause it's a little janky and likes to get stuck. I really hope to come back to this place some day and maybe play on the piano if it gets fixed! ;)
