There were two cameras facing into the conservatory which felt slightly intrusive. The bunk bedroom was definitely designed for children instead of adults.

property really hard to find, on a very busy road, parking difficult. Work being down behind property meaning lots of noise, not the quiet retreat we thought we were booking. Property is a converted house with a very strange layout, old shower connections and drain left in a room ? blocked up staircase a head height issue, double bed needs replacing, outside area is unusable due to decking being unkept. Overall feeling of neglect.

Exceptional value for the money, I used the accommodation while I was working in the area for the weekend. Warm, clean, comfy and cosy. Unfortunately didn't get to see the property in the daylight due to being at work but I did have a wander around the decked outside area, I imagine it is a beautiful summertime retreat, will definitely be looking at booking here for leisure purposes, with my kids in tow hopefully. Lovely place.

They were able to facilitate us at very short notice and we were grateful for that. The conservatory was a lovely bonus. The place was very clean too. The kids bedroom is a good size with a decent bunk bed and comfy mattresses. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped. Dog friendly. Good sized family conservatory with electric stove.

The steps to access the property, and the decking are lethal in the dark, worse in the dark and wet. Add in wet leaves and you have the idea. There isn't any lighting going up the steps. There are signs everywhere warning of the slippery decking and steps but that in itself doesn't actually stop the potential for injury. The TV wasn't set up for free view. The boiler pack up on the second day. The first room is a very small double bed and no real hanging space.

The location was perfect, the property was very clean and there was plenty of snacks to enjoy on arrival! The bed was very comfy, the heating was on when we got there so it was nice toasty. The key-safe was easy to locate and there was very good communication from the hosts which made the stay much more welcoming!

The shower drained slowly as if it was clogged, meaning you had to ave the power on very low otherwise it would overflow. This is mainly us being airheads, but we couldn't figure out where the sun lounge light switch was.

Bit small 2nd bedrooms with bunk beds. Was comfortable still but as an adult I had to squeeze!

It was amidst the greenery and next to cycle trail. Had all the equipments in kitchen. Also had lot of puzzles to solve. Dog friendly.

Indoors got bit cold, couldn’t find heater switch.
