"Great location, great flat but impossible to sleep"

The apartment is bery spacious, clean and ideally located. There is a main bedroom with a double bed and another one, with two single beds. A cot has been made available for our little one for free. The apartment is as shown on the pictures. It is really pleasant.

The main problem is the noise. We have been awaken each night by loud neighbours chatting and laughing and this has really spoiled the stay as we couldn't sleep and neither could our baby. We were aware from the reviews of the loud neighbours but didn't expect that to be so bad. And the windows were closed... The window in each bedroom is facing the patio so it's very dark and hot. And if you open the window, I can't imagine how louder it can get.
