Perfect location for us in the buzz of the oldest part of the city. Lovely to hear the bells of the cathedral & town hall, which are both nearby. Close to train, catamaran & bus stations. The apartment has everything we needed, is nicely (recently) decorated/furnished and has lots of storage. The air-con is icy cold (we tested it in case we returned in the summer!). Good pressure in the shower. Communication before arrival is thorough and clear, and we had mobile contact for emergencies. Use of a very simple app instead of a physical key is great because there's no waiting around for someone to meet & greet - and no chance of losing the key.

This apartment is very nearly perfect but we're unlikely to book it for future trips because it has the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in - lumpy, misshapen mattress and a very, very creaky base. Such a pity as it's otherwise perfect and we might have booked more than one of the apartments and visited with the family.

I am not happy with the new idea of receiving info on how to access properties.....it requires a level of competence with internet which I fear I do not posess

Lovely apartment in renovated historic building very close to main Cathedral square. Very clean and comfortable.

Instructions to property need improvement. We arrived in the middle of a festival late at night- the building is in a winding labyrinth of streets and we would not have found it without helpful locals. Just access from main square- much easier.

The apartment was exactly as advertised in the photos, and spotlessly clean. We checked in very easily via keyless entry through an app on our phone. We really appreciated that the AC was already turned on when we arrived, and was such a welcome since we arrived at the hottest part of the day in the middle of August. The building was clearly recently renovated and sported such a wonderful mix between old and new, with motion-sensored lights throughout the entryway. Likewise, the apartment was decorated so fashionably in every room! The bathroom has a bidet, and the shower has both the standard hand-held head, as well as a rainfall shower head. Location was perfect as well -- we parked in a nearby parking garage a few blocks away (no street parking), and had access to restaurants/cafes as well as sightseeing and shopping. The beach was also within walking distance (about 20 minutes). The apartment is just inside the historic center, so most streets around are designated walking streets with very limited vehicle access.

The apartment was nearly perfect until we discovered that the bathroom window (located in the shower stall) was not entirely opaque. The window faces directly into the hallway where anyone in the hall can see into the bathroom. There is some kind of sheen on the glass; however, with the bathroom lights on, it is very easy to see someone showering naked. This alarmed us greatly and think a more opaque covering should be placed on this window immediately for future guest use. We ended up showering with just the lights on over the sink to keep it as dim as possible in the bathroom. We dearly hope this matter will be addressed! We really liked this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future, but felt very uncomfortable with the shower situation.
