The location is perfect. Close to everything.

We were 3 people and there were only 2 sets of towels, the sofa bed was not made when we arrived, the hand soap was missing. But most of all, on departure day, the cleaning lady arrived at Noon and when I asked her kindly to give us 10 minutes more to pack our staff, she refused and answered very badly and unpolite with a "No way" and started to walk around and clean the house, with us still inside and literally wearing underwear. She didn't even wait while we were getting dressed. We had to dress with her inside the apartment. On top of it, she started to throw the food we had on the table, in the rubbish bin, without asking, and started to yell at us, to show us she was upset. Worse person in the world and the worse service ever. I have worked in hospitality for 20 years and never saw anything like that. Terrible.

Decent apartment, good WiFi, in the city center

Although parking was listed on the site and that was the reason why this particular accommodation was chosen, it turned out that it wasn't there and we even had to find the parking address ourselves. The lock on the front door was broken and we stood in the rain talking to the manager who didn't even know how to manage the right house. Thanks to the residents of the house, we finally got in after 2 hours. This door had been broken for a long time and no one informed us. I can't imagine what would have happened if we had arrived late at night.

Location was excellent, very central. Nice, clean apartment. Beautiful city that we really enjoyed. It has a washing machine and drying rack which I don't think was listed which was a welcomed surprise.

We were locked out of the apartment for 2 hours when we arrived since the fancy electronic keypad had dead batteries. The host's representative from smartrent didn't believe me for quite a while despite sending video proof that the lock was not functioning. Hopefully this was a one off fluke. The listing says there is parking but there isn't. They give a recommendation for a private lot that is close by but it's not parking at the apartment. The apartment is on a pedestrian only Street. What they should say is there is pay parking available in Cadiz.

Location. Easy access. Very clean.

It will be good to have a coffee maker for family group.

Clean property and in a great location!

This is a very bare apartment, no kettle for tea, however very clean. You need internet to be able to access the property which we were lucky we were able to get. We also thought there was parking included as that was on the booking.com page but it cost us €35 for less than 48 hours.

The best thing about this place is its location. The check-in was ok. Unlike many other ancient buildings in historical locations, this one has an elevator, which make the access with the luggage easier. Overall, it was ok.

The kitchen lacks some utensils for cooking. It would be better if we had more pillows and bedsheets to use on the sofa-beds. If you are part of a larger group, be aware that the hot water may run out after 2 or 3 baths.
