La ubicación tan cerca de la playa y la amplitud del apartamento.

Desagüe del aire acondicionado en un cubo que se llena bastante rápido.

Cuando entramos al alojamiento se veía el suelo sucio,el sofá tenía manchas antihigiénicas,los cojines de las sillas también,la ropa de cama olía mal.Había mantas y un juego de cama extra lleno de manchas y pelos.Las toallas son viejas,alguna se veía a través de ella ,olían mal y tenían pelos.Había cables tirados en una caja de cartón mojada y otros sueltos en una pared .La empresa dijo q vendrían a limpiar y a colocar los cables al día siguiente,por lo que mojaron el sofá,y no se pudo usar en dos días y tuvimos que gastar tiempo de nuestras vacaciones ,dejando vulnerada nuestra intimidad ,mientras se arreglaba.Las limpiadoras limpiaron el sofá,y se llevaron las mantas,colchas y cojines manchados. En ningún momento se nos cambió las sábanas ni toallas que estaban para utilizar aún oliendo mal. Nosotros tuvimos que lavar todo,no había ropa de cama de recambio,ni toallas. Unas vacaciones muy decepcionantes. Gastamos nuestro dinero en un alojamiento que no estaba en condiciones higiénico-sanitarias. Solicitamos un reembolso a la empresa ,el cual se nos denegó. Booking no nos gestionó el cambio de alojamiento ,y me costó muchas llamadas de mi tiempo de vacaciones para solucionar este problema.Creo que debería de cerciorarse de que los alojamientos cumplen unas normas básicas comunes

The apartment is spacious and close to the beach. Easy to find the restaurant and supermarket. The host is prompt to help when requesting for any assistance. Worth every penny.

Some area in the apartment needs the renovation e.g. the floor close to the window, the kitchen, the restroom in the kitchen area. We experienced the clogged pipe but the host tried the best to solve the problem.

Fantastic location and a very spacious clean apartment. Host’s communication was excellent and came and changed the gas bottle immediately when it ran out.

The space, double bathroom, next to The sea. Sara from the Office was very helpful!

Electrical Cordaid were hanging loose, Some deferred maintenance, it doesn’t deserve The term luxury anymore in our opinion

its very spacious and quiet. bus stops are just a 5 minute walk away. beach is a 2 minute walk with many good restaurants and cafes. check in was quick and easy.

the overall cleanliness, or the lack of it. hairs everywhere, moldy stench in the bathrooms, the showers didnt drain, the kitchen drawers are dirty. there was a stinging chlorine smell when we entered, i guess that was to mask the odour from the apartment. such a shame since its a spacious apartment, but it desperately needs some upgrading/thorough cleaning.
