야시장도 도보 5분이면 가고 리엔호아 베이커리쪽 도로라서 중심지에 가깝습니다. 스마트TV라서 비올 때 유투브나 넷플릭스등을 보기 좋고요. 세탁기와 간단한 주방, 전자레인지 등이 있어서 음식 데워먹거나 하기도 좋습니다.

Grab 배달 시킬 때 주소가 잘 안찍힌다 정도?ㅎㅎ 근데 길이 단순해서 입구 내려가면 오토바이 보입니다.

Location was in the middle of town but hidden from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Down the alley was a cool coffee shop and cool burger shop. The owner was super friendly and easy to co-ordinate with even though there is no reception. Love the rooftop hangout spot.

I liked our basement apartment. Next time I will choose an apartment/room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. We were unlucky and it rained during our last three hours in Dalat.

Lovely apartment in a central area.

The owner Bảo was very friendly and accommodating during our one night stay here. They provided directions to the place, but it wasn’t much trouble since our driver dropped us right at the entrance of the alleyway the place is situated :) He was very friendly, and even tried his best to converse in English even if he had some difficulty understanding us. We checked in early at a reasonable surcharge, and even helped when my friends who weren’t staying at the place to look for a place to refresh nearby. My other friend and I returned late for the night, and did laundry in the middle of the night. Sure enough, I hadn’t expected him to reply at all until at least 9am the next day. But to my surprise, he was already up at 6am and was kind enough to help us with drying the laundry despite the short notice. Overall I’d recommend this place! It’s a convenient location, and the owner was a really friendly! The room itself was spacious and the facilities was well maintained. The owner recommended a place nearby with pizza that was very enjoyable. Coupled with the chilly weather, I’d definitely come here again. Thank you, Bảo!

Overall good! I hadn’t expected there to be a separate dryer, but it was my fault for not doing my research properly :)

Very lovely, quiet stay, in a great neighbourhood, close to everything you would need. Extremely kind and helpful staff.

The location is one of its few strong points - it’s close to the night market and within walking distance of a handful of good restaurants. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help where they could.

The biggest issue for me was that the apartment does not have air-conditioning. That was something I missed when booking (which is on me), but in Vietnam’s climate, I had assumed it was standard. The lack of air flow likely contributed to noticeable mould problems throughout the space. On arrival, the unit had a bug infestation - particularly in the bathroom and near the balcony door. The staff member who checked me in sprayed bug spray in both spots to manage the issue, but it was pretty off-putting to walk into a place that clearly hadn’t been fully treated beforehand. While the apartment does include a washing machine, it does not have a dryer. Instead, you have to pay extra (50,000 VND per use) to use a communal dryer, which feels like an odd setup in a self-contained apartment. Overall, I was meant to stay for four nights but ended up cutting the stay short and leaving after two. I brought my travel plans forward as I didn’t feel comfortable or relaxed in the space.
