very nice apartment well located, washing machine and possibility to use a dryer with a very small fees, it was great. Staff super friendly.

no heating, it was pretty cold for us. maybe we missed something (and did not ask) however would recommend to provide an electrical heater at least for the cold days.

The rooms are spacious, with comfy bed and have all you need, just as seen in the pictures. The host was so nice, welcomed us warmly and was super attentive. They provided us another room so we could stay an additional night. We highly recommend paying a bit more for the upper apartments with balcony. While the basement room is just as luxurious, you would miss a great view over Da Lat. We also appreciated the washing machine. The location is at the heart of Da Lat, walking distance to the night market, many restaurants, cafes (e.g. JERA egg coffee) and many shops.

Location excellent

The apartment was clean and spacious and had a great view of the city.. The host was so kind and helpful. He helped us get a taxi to and from the airport and let us rent a scooter. And the location was the best! Walking distance from amazing restaurants, cafes and the night market.

Bed was comfortable, shower was great, room was spacious and had everything we needed, location was awesome.

Thanh was the most wonderful host! He had messaged us in great detail on how to get to the property as it is in a back alleyway, but the instructions were great and he met us at the entrance to hand over the keys and instructions on getting in and out as well as more recommendations for food places around. The location was really good, lots of food options as well as not too far of a walk to the night markets. The room itself was huge! Lots of space and the shower was really good.

Just be careful to get to the back alleyway there is a way with a slope to get luggage down easily and another way with stairs. We don't mind since stairs and inclines don't bother us, but just to keep in mind.

Room smell damp, not much natural light, would have like to be on the upper level with some morning sun, Room needs a heater as it was too cold for us.
