"Good, but could be better"

8.0

The space was roomy enough for myself, my husband 2 teens and an infant. It had TV services, enough bedding, washer/dryer in unit, and is nearby to multiple take out places. The swing in the living room is a nice touch, the kids loved it. The pool looked nice, kinda small, we didn't get a chance to try it though. It's a first floor apt, which was great, we didn't have to lug our items upstairs. The whole complex is gated. There's a vehicle and pedestrian gate, with separate codes. The unit we were in (107) had windows facing the street, great for morning sun. The space was definitely recently renovated, but needs quite a few more investments into the details to make it top quality. Overall it was what and where we needed for the time and price we needed. The location is not far from morning eateries.

The parking is narrow and limited, the tub drain was clogged, the floor tiles are uneven, the curtain was off the hinges when we arrived. The carpet in living room had a wet spot, not sure with what, but we tried to soak it up best we could. The couch and beds are dated, not the comfiest, if you have a bad back prob best to bring a comforter of sorts. Couch and carpet had what looked like food stains. No coffee filters provided (would have bought some, if we had a longer stay. They're for the smaller 6 cup pots (no kcup). Would like a broom and mop/Swifter option, to clean through out the stay, for our crawling baby. We never recieved or were instructed on how to recieve the Arboretum tickets that were supposedly included in the stay.

"Very good"

It was a nice place in a good location with Ubers. Very spacious and had a fun swing

The upstairs neighbors were very loud at night though I don't think it's their fault, just the way the building is built I guess
