Huge CBD Top Floor Apartment with Breath Taking Views!

I'm a 2 or 3 and1 short contact chef in the Northern Territory and this time of year accommodation is both more expressive and harder to find. This Venu is great value, I was only 1 person,!2 bedrooms empty, I was happy to pay the price . Great sunsets, reasonably central, with easy"underground parking" 👍👍👍

It was in a fantastic location, close to family residents, CBD, wharf etc.

The property was awesome. Very well equipped plenty of room lots of space and very comfortable and Yes breathtaking views 😊😊

Tight car park and smelly bins in the car park but at least there was a secure car park

Lots of separate living spaces, the sofa and recliners in the lounge room were so very comfortable. It was clean and had a great selection of pamphlets on tours, maps and local area guides plus a good pile of novels. Maybe a spare gas bottle for the barbecue would be a good idea as it ran out half way through cooking on a Sunday after 5 pm

Nothing was bad

Quiet location whilst we were there, relaxing after a days work.

The space in the apartment was great, along with the location. The secure parking was fantastic and provided a sense of safety. Definitely recommend this place for those wanting family accommodation near the CBD. Thanks

this is a three bedroom apartment. There was a large shared bathroom with clothes washing machine and dryer. We mostly ate out, but there was plenty of utensils and some condiments provided. We received comprehensive instructions on how to locate and use the keys via email. There was air conditioning in each bedroom and the kitchen/family room.

There was only a soap shelf in the shower, we would have liked another shelf to hold our shampoo etc while showering, rather than placing them on the floor.
